Other than that it looks really good for a 140 year old book


I happened to look up this author and she was quite a woman
She was one of the first women faith healers in the 1800s after a brush with death
She established "The Home of Peace" in California which is still in operation. She started an orphanage and worked closely with the Salvation Army
Author, Editor, Evangelist, Faith healer, Philanthropist and married too
She broke barriers in the 1880s as she was preaching to both white and African Americans for which she was persecuted.



i think this is a pretty rare book. I can find new editions, but not originals
