Vintage Home Interiors and Gifts (Homco) votive candle holders. They are clear glass with a thousand eye design. Pegged bottom to fit into a candleholder or sconce. They do not have the rubber grommets around the peg. I have used foam or rubber bands to hold them securely in the 2024 candle holders. They are in great condition, no cracks or chips.
