Antique Common Prayer Book Bible Olive Wood Church of England 1895 with Silver Cross Crucifix on Front and Leather Binding 2024

This is a lovely original antique Book of Common Prayer from 1895. The front and back covers are olive wood. This is the book of Common Prayer and Administration of The Sacraments and other Rites and Ceremonies of the Church according to the use of The Church of England together with the Psalter of Psalms of David pointed as they are to be sung or said in churches and the form and manner of making, ordaining and consecrating of bishops, priests and deacons. It was printed by the Queens Printers in London England. The front cover has a silver cross / crucifix on the front. The binding is leather. It would have once had a metal closure clasp on the side but this is now missing. The front cover is loose from the binding and there is a chip 2024 in the wood on the back cover. It also has hand writing on the first blank page and dated 1895. It would still be a very nice addition to a collection.
