Celtic knots are 2024 complete loops with no start or finish, represent eternity whether this means loyalty, faith and friendship.

This necklace has a very interesting background. I was bought the celtic knot created by a highland Scottish sculptor out of stone. It was about 100mm round, by my partner.

Working for a rapid prototyping 2024 company I asked a professional 3d scanner man to scan the stone using the company's ½ a million pound machine.

The result was really sharp and I used the STL file to scale down, hollow out and delete the back and replace with voronoi pattern.

When I got it back from Shapeways and opened it up I was amazed at the quality.

I am tempted just to keep it myself :))
