Antique American Brilliant Period Hobstar & Strawberry Diamond Sawtooth Cut Candy Dish Glass Nappy 2024 with Thumb Ring Handle ABP Bowl C. 1910s

This is an american brilliant period cut glass nappy/bowl with thumb ring handle. This beautiful bowl is cut on a water clear glass blank. The pattern consists of the "tornado pinwheel" cut with hobstars and fans and a large 2024 hobstar in the middle with another small hobstar within. There are curved miters lines running vertically and horizontally. The cuts are deep, sharp and crisp. There are no chips or cracks except for some expected flaking along the saw tooth rim and some minuscule fleabites at the base which is consistent with age of this item.

Glows a florescent yellow green under a blacklight.

Measures 5 1/8 inches in diameter.
