Late Victorian 2024 Double Sided Mourning Brooch

This lovely little sentimental brooch features onyx and pearl on one side, and a photo of someone's sweetheart on the other. The glass is cracked on the photo side - I can only assume this happened in one of those super dramatic movie-like scenes where a sweetheart was shot and saved by the little love token her sweetie gave her. I mean, obvs.

The clasp is a replacement. Minor markings throughout. Cracked glass. 2024
