These pretty lampshades are handmade with love and care in the "Ad un passo dai Miracoli" studio, a small decorative shop/studio in the city of Venice - Italy, close to the beautiful St. Mark's Square, using veined parchment, finished with beige trim, with a fitting that clips under the light bulb (these shades are for candelabra-style 25W bulbs)

Inspired by the simplicity of Italian Design, all the lampshades are handmade by me in my studio in Venice, lined with a flame retardant white pvc, wrapped in "pergamena" papers or Italian fabrics (in fine silks, linens, cottons, damasks, brocades), embellished with embroidery or old laces, finished with hand stitched details, glass beads, pearls and lovely trims
