Deborah Lea Stowell was an artist and created a Southwestern Art design on gourds and wall art, inspired by Indian culture. She owned a small business for over 20 years and spent summers traveling to art shows in the midwestern states to sell her wares.

Deborah Stowell passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at American House of Kentwood after a long battle with Parkinson's disease.
