Repurposed Nature Book Journal, Child's Nature Journal, Nature Lover's Journal, Nature Observer 2024 Scrapbook, Handmade Unique Nature Notebook

This little journal measures approximately 8½" x 6½" x 1" (2" opening), and was made by repurposing a beautiful children's book titled The Home Builders.
Gold-tone corner protectors and a coordinating book plate have been added to the hardcover of the original book. Three signatures are stitched into a hidden spine that has been reinforced on the outside with a beautiful braided cord. An attached sheer ribbon closure also embellishes the cover.
The 74 double-sided pages have rounded corners and consist of all of the book's original pages as well as images, text, and sheet music from other sources, some of which are vintage. I do not use digital kits 2024 in my journals, so the added pages are unique.
There are 65 sides of blank pages, many hand-dyed and decorated with small fussy-cut nature images. In addition to this writing space, there are journaling cards included in the 12 pockets/tucks of the book. The original artwork of the illustrator are colorful and enchanting, and sure to be an inspiration to any nature lover or observer.
