Comes in 2024 fair condition. The cartridge is missing it's front sticker and has scratches and scuffs around the exterior but works completely fine with no issues and has been tested. It can be read by a 3ds with no issues as shown in the last photo. Cartridge is authentic, it's just missing its front cover after years of wear.
