A stunning and rare, antique hair pin, dating to the 1800s.

The main decoration 2024 is lacquered papier-mache with inlaid abalone shell pieces.

It is higed onto a long Bobby pin.
It measures 4.5cm in diameter.
The length of the pin itself, is 7.5cm.

In good vintage condition.
The body of the decoration is intact, with no chips or cracking.
There seems to be one piece of shell missing on a smaller petal.
