Small 2024 English Earthenware Lidded Tureen Circa 1900

2024 Beautiful small (approximately 6 inches across) partially glazed English tureen or crock pot manufactured by Denby. Terracotta or redware in colour and glazed within to have held any liquid contents. A lovely behind-the-scenes kitchen artifact of which few survive. This is the English equivalent of a French vessel for pâté. A timeless and handsome vintage kitchenware gem for storing anything from garlic to salt.
