Hysteria 2024

2024 This is an acrylic painting on the concept of "Hysteria". Background is made in several colours of deep purple, violets, blues, and greens. I made the character more stylized to more so evoke the emotion of Hysteria, of panic, rather than being more realistic. I dabbed the paint in to create more gestural brush strokes and added red lines for extra detail. The arms are detailed with light green dabs and there are flicks of red paint around the face and arms.
