Vintage 1940's Horsehair Crinoline Hat, Black Wide BRIMMED Hat, 2024 Retro VICTORIAN Style

Made in the late 1940's or early 50's, this wide brim style hat is made of black horsehair crinoline with off white flower appliques. A torn netting is gathered on top. The wide brim measures 12" in diameter. There is a white ribbon trim as well.

Measures 22" circumference.
