Comes as shown, in original box. In very good overall condition, but was very dusty. Works perfectly! Picture 3 shows that the front piece is lifted above where I think it is supposed to be tabbed in but I did not want to potentially damage it trying. Mentioning it as full disclosure so there are no surprises on purchases. These are extremely hard to find PERIOD, let alone with the box! Check for yourself, you won't find 2024 another like it!.
