This is big, bright, and beautiful floral brooch designed by Jose and Maria Barrera for Avon. It's from the 1994 "Fashion Flower Collection". The book does not state but I believe it to be a Hibiscus. Dark gold-tone 2024 metal is covered with green, yellow, orange and red enamels, then studded with rhinestones. It is truly a stunning brooch and a real eye-catching statement piece at 4.5" long and 3" wide. Pin mechanism is perfect working order. This pin is NWOT and in pristine condition.
