French vintage 2024 bread slicer, bakery steel knife on cutting stand

A French vintage bread slicer, from the 80's / 90's. The slicer is in overall good condition, with light traces to the blade, and previous use to the wood. Please see photos. The steel blade is 2024 very sharp.
