Antique Vellum Mortgage 2024 Indenture 1902-1910, James Holland County of Nottingham Hand Written Manuscript Document Wax Seals

A beautiful antique, Victorian Era mortgage indenture for Mr. James Holland for land in Nottinghamshire. Secured and written in November of 1902, and later added to in 1910. Beautifully hand written on two double sided vellum parchment leaves, with original signatures, stamps and wax seals. This wonderful document is a lovely piece of history and would look great as framed art!

Some age related wear and markings to vellum, with some fading to ink and light foxing along creases and on leaves. Small hole to font page and some wear and rubbing along edges. Please see pictures for more details on the condition, or message if you have any questions!
