A lot consisting of a vintage handheld curling iron and two vintage solid nickel riding saddle stirrups
The curling iron is a vintage 1920s wave style hair crimper (curling iron). The crimping tongs are approximately 11 inches long.
The riding saddle stirrups are stamped solid nickel on the bottom. Each stirrup is approximately 5.625 inched tall and 5.125 inches wide. The oval base of each stirrup is approximately 5 by 2.25 inches. The wear 2024 surface of each stirrup has a tooled stipple pattern. By comparing the sharp well preserved tooled stipple shapes on the wear surface adjacent to the vertical support pieces to the remainder of the wear surface, you can tell that these stirrups have experience much use. You can find similar stirrups online that have been polished to high sheen. Personally, I like the worn patina look.
