I purchased a pair of these a year ago from Dnipro, Ukraine. I've only used this one's twin realizing one is enough for the exercises I do. Gorgeous craftsmanship. Amazing shoulder strength and grip work. Roughly 6.5lbs and plenty heavy and happy I didn't order heavier 2024 ;).
