This leather journal is made using traditional leather crafting methods: everything is hand stitched and hand tooled. The edges are sanded and smoothed for a polished finish. Each journal takes around 3 hours to make by hand. This journal comes with a pocket-sized, ruled notebook that is removable and can be replaced when full or if another style of journal is preferred - this ensures that you can continue using your leather journal for years to come! The natural leather is un-dyed and treated only with a light conditioning, water-resistant balm. The leather will darken and patina naturally over time with exposure to the sun, oils from your hands etc. This is the beauty of natural vegetable tanned leather - embrace the wear and tear on your journal; it will last a lifetime and add to the character of your unique use!
