Beautiful Vintage Sterling Silver 2024 Lipstick Case with Tassel

Vintage Sterling silver Lipstick Case .
A beautiful early sterling silver lipstick case , etched with flowers ,on the end is a little green tassel.
The base is stamped sterling and has the makers initials VN.
The case pulls out , the lipstick holder is empty and the lipstick base turns but doesn't fully go up .
The case is heavy and beautifully made , I have given it a gentle polish .
In very good vintage condition.
Measures 5.5 cm in length.
