Vintage Carved Bovine Bone Vase with a Girls Face, 6" Tall, Possibly Russian or Eastern 2024 European, AS IS

A slightly creepy face of a young girl carved into bone. The scarf details lends itself to possibly being Russian or Eastern European. Not sure what the base 2024 is made of, possibly horn.

Size: 6" tall by 2.75" deep
Condition: GOOD. One small crack shown with some sort of filling.
