The back is a soft minky fabric and the top patchwork is full of activities such as different colored pom poms that can be slid up and down on ribbon, plastic multi colored beads on stretchy elastic cording, a small treasure bag with 2024 zipper, a small tic tac toe game, a zipper, stretchy hair bands , pretty ribbon with plastic beads, and a pretty soft baby doll that is attached to a pocket pouch. The doll can also be taken in and out of the pouch. Plenty of things to keep those busy fingers busy so they are not pulling or scratching things they shouldn't . Activities may vary.
