2024 "Mark Twain: San Francisco Correspondent" is a compilation of Twain's letters from San Francisco during 1865-1866 to the Virginia City, Nevada newspaper "The Territorial Enterprise." This hardcover edition is limited to 400 copies. It was edited by Henry Nash Smith and Frederick Anderson and was published in 1957 in San Francisco by the Book Club of California. There are 117 pages and a few black and white illustrations based on photographs. The flyleaf contains an inked presentation to a previous owner. There is no slipcover.

CONDITION: The cover spine is toned. Slight signs of wear to the cover edges. No other flaws found.
