A quintessential coat of the 1950's is this pink, brown and grey plaid little girl's fit and flare style. Made of a brushed wool, it is doublebreasted and fully lined. Fitted to the waist, in front there are pleats on either side below a partial belt or peplum; in back this peplum meets at center back with a bow above an inverted pleat. Sleeves are long and collar is mouton. Condition is excellent vintage. I replaced a button at neckline under collar and repaired lining where it was coming undone. The dry cleaners ticket is still attached so coat is very clean. There is no label of any kind 2024. I would estimate this to fit a modern size 3 girl, but please refer to measurements below.
