2024 Vintage lidded vegetable tureen in very good condition, this 'Campden' design produced from around late 1930s.

Bristol pottery makers have a rich history and Pountney & Co produced tableware for around 200 years until their closure in the late 1960s.

The art deco designs by Jack Price were produced from 1936 until the outbreak of WWII and are rare.
This tureen was produced by their transfer process, some minor fading to the pattern in some areas and minor crazing (picture 9 showing inside lid). Otherwise wonderful condition for it's age.

Hand wash only recommended.
