This is a beautiful Victorian lace vintage dress. It has the Union Made tag but no other tags. Looks like a modern XS. Has a high ruffle collar, moss green velvet trim and ruffle 2024 detail at the bottom, lavender metal zipper. The under layer is a plastic stiff feeling type material. In good vintage/antique condition with age but no flaws. Laying flat it measures 14.5” across the chest, 12.25” across the waist, 52.5” length. See my other listings for more great vintage items.
