If there is damage sustained during shipment, an insurance claim needs to be filed with the shipping company; we will assist you during this process to the best of our ability. You MUST photograph any damage to the box prior to opening and signing for the delivery receipt. Prior to signing for the package, damage MUST be noted to the delivery driver on the delivery companies paperwork and you are responsible to take photos of the actual damage to the piece. If no signature is required or if the item is delivered and left in the possession the recipient, it is the recipient's responsibility to request this documentation paperwork fa m the delivery driver. If the shipping company denies the claim for ANY reason, we are not responsible to refund any money or accept returns of any merchandise.
