Rattle Ayacaxtli 2024 Ayoyotl Native Mexica

This listing is for one of traditional Ayoyote rattles or Ayacaxtli as seen in the pictures.
It is composed 40 ayoyote shells, strung and loaded with bb's to enhance the sound.
The handle is wrapped and woven in tanned deer hide. 2024
All the items are made by us and members of our shop and part of the traditional Aztec dance community.
