Holistic Spiritual 2024 Life Counseling / Soul Therapies - Individual 1:1 Online Session

Hello, my name is Cristiane.

I can accompany and support you in accepting and reflecting on the past, perceiving the present and finding new ways with responsibility, openness and clarity.

Through our own awareness and inner processes in the here and now, we create changes in our lives and our environment on our own responsibility. We can only change ourselves, not other people.

I support you by helping you to help yourself and on your way to awareness and development in all areas of life and on all levels. I want to help you answer the following questions:

Which life lesson can I currently learn?
Which properties help me with this?

What hinders our true expression? Stagnant energies that arise from fears, traumas, aggressions, injuries, resentments, disappointments, anger that we keep in the unconscious, everything we could not process and understand in our personal history.

We are spiritual beings with an earthly experience.

Since my childhood I have been medial and sensitive. Trained in healing education, Gestalt therapy and soul therapy, I combine this knowledge with my spiritual consciousness in contact and with the support of angels and spiritual helpers.

Method:

It is a natural method that incorporates the great human potential, tries to understand the physical, emotional and mental blockages, activate and align the energy centers for better well-being, calmness, mental clarity and spontaneous pleasure in the human essence.

My work focuses on the psycho-energetic-spiritual with diverse techniques applied in a unique way for each individual adapted to their needs. I use techniques from yoga, pranayama yoga, breathing exercises, quantum methods, crystal and color therapy with principles from Vedas and metaphysics.

Organisation of the meeting:

The session lasts about 60 minutes and is held online via Zoom.

Please create a calm and undisturbed atmosphere, put on light clothes, put down all metal objects (e.g. watch, jewelry) and drink 1 to 2 glasses of clear water or tea before my call.
