Stunning 1960's Original Japanese Nishi Doll on a black lacquer wooden stand.

Dressed in a fancy multi color, ornate, floral and check pattern kimono in colors of green, blue, red, white, pink, black, gold bow on front. Her black silky hair is pinned up with beautiful flowers & ornaments. She has a baby tucked into her kimono on her back. She wears red sandals. Attached to a black lacquered wooden square base. Accented with black leather braided lining. Bottom base has green felt for protection to surfaces.

Her facial features are hand painted on silk fabric. Large dark eyes, red lips, roses cheeks.
Feet and hands are made of same silk material. Fingers are long and moveable with wire interior.
