Aynsley creamer and open sugar bowl. C163. Dark red, gold leaves on cream border background. 1950s. The decoration on the set consists of 2024 a wide creamy/apricot border intensely painted with a shower of gold leaflets contrasting nicely with the lower red/maroon band. The creamer is 3 1/2" high, the open sugar bowl is 2 3/8" high and 4 1/2" in diameter at the rim. The set is in very good condition, no chips, the gold is intact.
