Castor oil wooden box crate 2024 pharmacy

A true gem! I'm guessing this is a piece from the early 1900s. Gilbert's Crystal Castor Oil crate, big enough to hold 1 dozen bottles, crate size No. 10. Produced by Gilbert Bros. & Co., Wholesale Druggists who had set up shop at 9 N. Howard St. 7 3/8" tall, x 7.25" deep x 5 5/8" wide, with dovetailed corners. The label, 2024 as shown in the photo, is partially intact. This box would make a great addition to your rustic collection.
