The 2024 Ophthalmosaurus

This ancient, fish like reptile had huge eyes the size of grapefruit,which gave it fantastic vision- ideal for chasing 2024 swift and slippery fish in prehistoric seas . Ophthalmosaurus was built for speed and endurance. It's sleek fins , streamlined body, and massive tail allowed it to power through the water looking for fish or squid to snatch up in its long, teeth - filled jaws. Marvelously intact fossil remains show that Ophthalmosaurus and other ichthyosaurs (marine reptiles) gave birth to live young under water,much like modern day whales and dolphins. Some fossils are females with unborn babies inside, others females who died while giving birth.
