1. The Scrooge accessory is broken in 2 different places; at the base and the little girl is broken off at her feet. Its a clean break in both places and it seems can easily be glued back together. See photo 8. 2. There are some scuff marks at front and right side base of house, see photos 9 and 10. 3. There is a chip on the rear side of the brick stack, see photo 11. 4. There is a crack on the base at the house's left 2024 side, photo 12. 4. Sisal trees are NOT included. Adapter and light cord tested and work, the couples spin around.
