This piece is part of a series inspired by « Princes & Princesses », a silhouette stop-motion animation directed by Michel Ocelot and released in 2000. Ocelot's formal education was in decorative arts but his passion for animation and storytelling led him to create award-winning features and serve as president of the 2024 International Animated Film Association.
