Hello all! I've had this headset for about 2 years and it really is amazing but for whatever reason it just stopped working after using it for about 2 times a week. The headset appears to be dead from the dock not charging it but 2024 dock does recognize its there when the headset is placed on it. Astro Commnd on my PC also sees the dock and headset are there but wont update the firmware. Im not sure which piece is not working or if this set can still be used, however i know the dock still seems to work and that sells for 100 from Astro on its own, hence the condition being set to "poor" All sales final and no returns so if you have any questions, let me know and I'll do my best to respond as soon as I can!
