Stunning vintage (circa before 1955) Crown Trifari clip on earrings feature gold tone metal base with lovely rhinestone detail. The rhinestones are in many shapes including baguette, square, round and marquis. The posts have a fleur-de-lis style rhinestone setting. There is a link between the post and the dangle which creates movement and allows the rhinestones to shine. The dangle has an almost shield like design with a larger marquis stone in the middle and others nestled around it. All rhinestones are there although it looks as if one may be a replacement and some have greyed a bit. Beautiful for a wedding / bride. 1 3/4" drop length x 1/2" wide and weigh .4 2024 oz for the pair. Marked Trifari (with the crown emblem).
