This fabric is for study or design inspiration only as it's in very poor condition! ~*~ This is a wonderful example of hand woven 18th century, fabric. I would have put it more towards the middle to early 1700's ~ hand woven using naturally dyed wool weft and the warp is linen, indigo blue was used on both patterns ~ this fabric was most likely used for either clothing or agricultural use like sacking ~ the tones are STUNNING ~ all woven by hand. Very very poor condition , ( please see photographs) ideal for study 2024 or decorative uses only ~!*~
MEASUREMENTS : ~This wonderful piece measures approximately 14 inches by 49 inches.
