European French Etch Glass 2024 Tulip Flower Bottle

in beautiful condition there is some spots inside I try to clean it out as fast as I can so there is 2024 some watermark other than that there's no chips no cracks cracks it measures 7 1/2 inches high with the stopper and it's 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 XH with a floral tulip design and there is a number on the bottom I picked this up on my travels to France several years ago.
