Needs a battery! Hasn't been used just stored so the battery is dead. 2024 Blue face croton watch. In the third picture you can see near the 12 on the bottom dial that there's a lighter color and it's kind of wavy, the rest of the dial is starting to look like that as well, not sure what's wrong with it.
