Wood Fairy And Mushrooms is a wood burning done on a natural slab of Basswood. It is signed and dated on the back, and it is ready to hang with a metal sawtooth hanger already installed on the back. All of the wood slab surfaces have been polyurethaned, including the front, back, and natural bark edges. The artwork is created on paper and is then transferred to the surface of the wood. It is then carefully burned into the surface of the wood using an electrically heated 2024 wood burning tool. It is a slow, hot and smoky process!
