Special bowl made by Poole pottery, England, in commission by John Waddington, the English game 2024 manufacturer famous for their playing cards, though also the company that distributed the game ‘Monopoly' in England. The bowl has a diameter of 23 cm and a height of 8.5 cm and is entirely intact, without damage or restorations. Hand painted by Gwen Haskins. Condition: The bowl has makers marks: Poole Pottery mark c1959. Made in very limited numbers these dishes rarely come onto the market. A very nice example.
