There are no holes, tears, or stains. As shown in the last 2 pictures the bottom part of the zipper has come loose from the fabric. It still zips properly. The logos have been sewn on. Measurements: Top to Bottom = 30" Pit to Pit = 29" Sleeve Length = 33".
