Five panels make up this star burst design. The tips are clear rhinestones with the center being red, square cut rhinestones. There are no chips or cracks and none are missing. The 12 K gold fill has no wear and is very shiny and reflective 2024. The clasp is a spring style that works great. There is a loop on the back if you want to put it on a chain.

The back is signed "Phyllis" in unslanted script first used in the late 1940's. Phyllis Originals later became division of M. & S. MFG. CO., Inc., Providence, RI . The back is also marked 1/20 12K G.F.
