Alebrijes are animals hand painted and carved from copal wood. Copal wood is the traditional wood used to carve Alebrijes.

Reyna Piña is 2024 from San Martin Tilcajete, Oaxaca, Mexico. She continues the tradition of creating Alebrijes in her family workshop where she creates her incredible art with her husband, Zeny.

We ship very carefully with the tail and ears detached for safe delivery.
